Fast forward to June 23rd, Day 29 - I was on vacation with my husband and I'd managed to make it for four days in a truck traveling to Wyoming and Montana. I drank ALL THAT WATER! I was able to get my exercise in, eat well, etc. The only thing that I didn't do was take that darn selfie!!! Yep, you guessed it, the easiest thing to do! ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. The first try of #75HARD was a fail.
Day 16 - Today I got my workout in right away. We're having storms later today so I got in another outside workout done by noon. I'm behind on water, but have my selfie done. I've been eating well and I'll get my reading done this afternoon.

Day 15 - I really struggled with water today. My workouts, reading and diet were all good.
Day 11 – I considered hitting snooze but got up and got my outside workout in! The water is difficult for me to get in.
Day 10 – I woke up before the alarm ready to tackle my first workout! I decided to get my 10 pages done right away.
Day 6 – I started my day with a beautiful walk. I started my water around 7:30am. I wasn't hungry so I made a protein shake. We're going to the shooting range. I walked with my neighbor Sara for my second work out.
Day 5 – We went to Wisconsin Rapids for a Palma shoot that Matt was in. I didn't start to drink water until around 9am.
Day 4 – Almost all day of yard work. Water wasn't horrible.
Day 3 – Today was a good day. I ended up doing my first workout outside in the rain. I thought that I checked the radar, but I must not have let the page load as 15 minutes into the workout it started to rain! My second workout was inside. I was actually thirsty even after a gallon of water today. I'm a bit sore, but I'm still ready to roll.

Day 2 – I slept in. I was tired. I did get it together and got moving. My gallon of water wasn't horrible today. I'm going to contribute my two workouts and the heat as how I got the down today. I was tempted to eat bread today but didn't. I can only eat bread 2 days a week. My week starts on Tuesdays.
May 26, 2020 Today marks Day 1 of the #75HARD challenge! I'm off to a good start. Selfie taken, almost done with half a gallon of water, my first workout is done and now to read 10 pages of a motivational book. On my walk I decided to add an additional challenge each day of looking for, or thinking of new things to open my mind to accept new thought processes. Today I saw several things on my walk that I'm glad that I looked around and smelled the roses instead of flying by and missing the small things.
Requirements:
- 1 Gallon of Water a day
- 2 Workouts - Each workout needs to be 45 minutes and you can't do them back to back. Also, one of the workouts needs to be outside.
- 1 Selfie per day
- 10 pages of motivational or a self help book - no fluffy stuff here
- Choose a 'diet.' That doesn't mean anything more than choosing wisely. Mine for example is to eliminate potato chips, and cut back on bread, salt and sugar. Fruit has natural sugar and that's acceptable.
- No alcohol
